Our typical commercial install goes from initial call to operational system in 3–8 weeks depending on scale.

Discovery Call & Site Assessment

We talk through your space, crops, budget, and goals. You share photos or drawings of the space. We size a system to fit. No commitment needed at this stage.

Week 1–2

Custom Quote & System Design

We deliver a detailed proposal: tower count, configuration, reservoir setup, pump specs, estimated yield, and total cost. Usually within 48 hours of discovery call.

Week 2–5

Build & Quality Check

Every tower is hand-assembled and wet-tested in Woodstock, GA. Wiring, fittings, and pumps are tested before shipping. Larger installs are staged in batches.

Week 5–8

Delivery & Setup Support

Towers arrive labeled and ready to assemble. We provide a detailed setup guide, video walkthrough, and live call support during your first fill and planting day.

Wholesale pricing starts at 5 towers. The discount scales — 5–24 towers gets 10% off retail, 25–99 towers gets 20–25% off, and 100+ is negotiated per project based on total scope.

Yes — for Growth Package (25+ towers) and Full-Scale builds in the Southeast US. Nationwide on-site installation is available for 100+ tower projects. All installs include a half-day training session for your staff.

Absolutely. Our towers use standard 1/2" and 3/4" fittings that connect to any NFT or DWC channel, irrigation manifold, or centralized reservoir. For large builds, we'll spec the full plumbing layout as part of your quote.

Lettuce varieties, basil, cilantro, parsley, kale, Swiss chard, spinach, strawberries, and microgreens all perform excellently. We recommend media bed extensions (which we can quote separately) for deep-root crops like tomatoes and cucumbers.

5–24 towers: 1–2 weeks build, ship within 3 weeks. 25–99 towers: 3–5 weeks build in batches. 100+ towers: project-scoped timeline, typically 6–12 weeks for full delivery. We'll give you an exact schedule as part of your quote.

Yes — Growth Package and Full-Scale accounts get access to our wholesale supply program: nutrients, net cups, grow pods, replacement pumps, and fittings at bulk rates. We can set up automatic quarterly shipments sized to your operation.

All reservoir, tube, and fitting materials are food-grade PVC or HDPE. Our 3D-printed components use food-safe PETG. Pumps are IPX8-rated, food-grade ABS. We can provide material data sheets on request for health department or regulatory review.
